At The Harrison at Reston Town Center, you do not need to be present- with permission, our service technicians will enter your apartment to perform the maintenance ticket and leave a copy of the ticket for your records.

Residents of The Harrison can submit a service ticket online through the resident portal, call the leasing office (703)454-8978 or stop by the 24-hour concierge front desk.

Your completed application can usually be approved within 24-48 hours.
Residents may pay rent through the online resident portal using (Credit Card, Debit Card or ACH Draft). Check payments are also accepted in the leasing office.
Yes. Renters Insurance is required at The Harrison at Reston Town Center for the duration of your lease agreement.

Upon approval, you will be provided the contact information for Dominion Power and a recommended renters' insurance provider. Water and Sewer is set up by the leasing office and payments are made to the leasing office.

Yes. The Wiehle-East Metro Station is located 1.8 miles from The Harrison. Another option, The Fairfax Connector, has a pick up station directly across Temporary Road. Lastly, the future Reston Metro Station currently under construction will be walking distance to The Harrison.
Indoor Pool (7am - 11 am) & (5pm-9pm) Monday - Friday. Saturday and Sunday (9am - 5pm). The Rooftop Pool is open Daily from 10am - 8pm (seasonally)

All lease agreements include a lease buyout clause that allows a resident to break their lease with 60 days' notice, the payment of an Early Termination Fee equal to two months' rent, and any upfront concessions.
None. The resident is responsible for all utilities which include Electric, Water, and Cable/Internet.
The Harrison at Reston Town Center processes a Background Check and Credit check on every applicant 18 years of age or older.
The Harrison requires that the residents of each apartment make a combined 3X their monthly rent. (i.e. – If the apartment is $2000 per month, the residents of that apartment must show proof of income reflecting $6000 per month in income combined.)
The Harrison does not currently participate in the WDU program.
